Terms and conditions
- Full payment is due upon completion of the job we agreed.
- If we are unable to resolve your computer repair problem then we will not charge you anything. No FIX - NO FEE.
- Payment is due in advance or on the day of appointment. Payment accepted by cash, debit/credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
- Computer Lessons are available Monday to saturday 9am - 6pm.
- All lessons are undertaken using the customers own equipment.

if you would like a quote for small groups (up to 4 people)
- Any payments made are not refundable.
- As much as we endeavour to attend or supply remote support to a PC within 24 hours, this cannot be guaranteed.
- This is not a 24 hour service, out of hours and holiday period support is carried out at our discretion.
- Hardware costs are not included.
- Cover is for remote support only, onsite visits will be charged at the going rate.
- All subscriptions require our software to be installed to allow remote access, this may require the sharing of windows login passwords with us. Any information shared with us is stored securely. We will never ask for passwords for anything else, i.e. banks etc.
